An ancestral house belonging to Dr. Germano Fernandes was gifted to the Order by his family. The Capuchins began living in this house from the 7th of September 2001. At present it is the the Administrative house also known as the Provinicialate and as center for pastoral ministry.
Main ministry:- ministry of presence, ministry of the Word of God, SFO, ministry of teaching.
